Spaces of great tranquility and sovereignty are integrated into this protected building, with soft, harmonious color compositions, and high-quality materials. Working together carefully, the designers have achieved a language of color and space that establishes a unique atmosphere in this setting.

Recreating living spaces in buildings of a certain era represents a special challenge, to ensure that a harmonious atmosphere of hospitality and restraint rules. Often this happens best if people can specify the proportions and needs and play to these. The work undertaken here shows excellently how subtly such an attempt can be made. Spaces of great tranquility and sovereignty are integrated with soft, harmonious color compositions, and high-quality materials.

There are fine details in the wall claddings, made of matt-lacquered wood. The color scheme in the dining room, with its view over the wonderful Tegernsee, extends to the hotel rooms, through sample colors and three-dimensional softness. Daylight resonates in the lounges and creates subtle light moods, that leave a soft sheen on the textures and painted surfaces. Fillings mean that wall surfaces are lively and appear three-dimensional. Pearly light moods, throughout the entire course of the day, are the result of careful color combinations and textures. The protected building on the Tegernsee is home to a wellness hotel of exceptional style and elegance.
