The compact building structure with square floor area is positioned in the outer corner of the plot to create as much outside space as possible. The two-storey building was designed as a wooden framework construction on a concrete slab. Larch wood as facade paneling also characterizes the wooden construction on the outside. The recesses on the sides of the building set apart in different colors contrast playfully with the wooden cladding. The colors lead into the interior spaces from all notches and meet there.
