LiveChat Software S.A., an IT company founded in 2002, develops products that boost online sales and improve customer care. One of its successful features is the LiveChat app, which has changed online communication. Through the app, companies can quickly make contact with customers and it also provides information about user behavior. More than 25,000 customers from 150 countries, including firms such as Samsung, Orange, Adobe, Pizza Hut, Ryanair, and the US Department of State use LiveChat. In March 2018, LiveChat Software S.A. moved into new company premises in Wroclaw.

The new headquarters provides the rapidly growing company with a great deal more space. The rooms have a cool, modern design inspired by innovative Silicon Valley companies. However, the combination of natural and artificial light sources resulted in streaks of light. To recreate a homogeneous, seamless surface appearance, matt coatings with a long application time and very good surface finish were required. Superlux ELF 3000 interior emulsion paint provided excellent coverage and produced a high-quality coating with a fine matt finish.

In areas where there is a tendency for increased soiling and mechanical stress, Vetrolux ELF 3100 provides protection against unsightly marks. Special, highly transparent functional fillers ensure that the surfaces coated with Vetrolux ELF 3100 can be cleaned easily and also give a durable matt finish.
