The historical building in Schärding’s town center is now blooming, thanks to its new facade design, integrating perfectly into the rest of the street. The perfect choice of color and deliberate accentuation are responsible for this. A fresh ocher yellow is the key color on the plastered surfaces. The windows, and other shop features on the ground floor were highlighted in a fine, light gray. Complements in black and red set off the floor cornices and roof soffits. The house therefore has its own character yet blends in with the brick red of the neighboring houses.
