Trainee program ..more than paint
In the trainee program ..more than paint, you will be prepared for taking on a responsible role in the office or field service in our sales team for the professional trade division in a targeted way.
This program is aimed at people with
- a good commercial and/or technical understanding
- an affinity for sales and communication skills
- flexibility and a willingness to travel
- empathy and a service mentality
To be agreed together
at least 6 months (depending on the individual adaptation of the program content)
- throughout the Brillux sales division
- regular visits to the company headquarters in Münster
- Compact introductory training
- Targeted deployment in all relevant sales areas, such as consultation, logistics, organization, internal sales and field service
- Deployment in different Brillux branches
- Intensive product and technology trainings
- Close supervision by the regional sales manager
- Branch manager
- Sales advisor in field service
- Internal sales team
- Technical consulting
Trainee program industrial coatings
This trainee program is aimed at sales in our industrial coatings business division. Brillux serves a wide range of industrial customers here, from automotive suppliers to trim producers.
This program is aimed at people with:
- a good commercial and technical understanding
- an affinity for sales and communication skills
- flexibility and a willingness to travel
- empathy and a service mentality
To be agreed together
Approx. 7 months
- Unna plant (headquarters for industrial coatings)
- Field service (nationwide)
- Compact introductory training
- Insight into the entire process chain – from research & development and production, quality management and marketing, through to sales
- An independent sales project
- Intensive product and technology trainings
- Sales advisor in field service
- Internal sales team
