For creating horizontal expansion joints (sliding bearing joints) in Brillux ETIC systems, e.g. in buildings with different building materials (e.g. adding to solid construction with wood). Limited movements can be absorbed due to the decoupling. For larger movements, other profiles must be used.

plastic profile with integrated PUR sealing tape
bendable protective tab
joint sealing tape pressed into the profile is released by removing the protective tab
incl. adhesive strips for attaching protective covers
with alkali-resistant fabric strip welded on both sides
the leveling edges serve as a plaster level bar for a uniform thickness of the reinforcement plaster when embedding the profile
the joint sealing tape expands in the profile and thus ensures waterproofing
