Step 1: Apply adhesive foam
Shake the can of Qju Adhesive Foam 3700, screw on to the Qju Foam Gun 3556 and simply apply to the insulation boards.

No ETIC system is faster
Apply adhesive foam, attach insulation boards and fix in place: Qju can lead to time savings of up to 30%. Additionally, you won’t have to leave the scaffolding as often since you can simply take the adhesive foam cans you need with you. After no more than two hours setting time, insulation boards can be anchored, sanded and directly reinforced where necessary.
Five steps: done!
Step 2: Fasten the insulation board
Place Qju insulation boards in the desired position and press on.
Step 3: Stick on the fixing brackets
Peel the adhesive film off the fixing brackets and press onto the substrate at a right angle to the insulation board.
Step 4: Check the position
Level the insulation board using a spirit level (e.g. our Qju Shorty) and attach fixing brackets using one fixing nail each.
Step 5: finished!
The insulation board is in place. Additional insulation boards can be attached above this with great precision.
No ETIC system is lighter
With Qju, you conserve your energy, as you move around the building site carrying much less weight: one can (750 ml) yields as much adhesive as 25 kg of conventional mineral adhesive. No more tedious mixing and no more noise pollution from agitators and silos.
No ETIC system is cleaner
Forget about dirty construction sites, because Qju generates no dust and therefore no mess. Empty adhesive foam cans can be returned via the proven PDR recycling system. Over 95% of waste is recovered cleanly (more than 80% of which is recycled). We take care of the disposal of insulation material residues and provide you with suitable waste bags, which we collect later.
No ETIC system is more resistant
The Qju system features high elasticity, which enables crack resistance and provides protection against mechanical influences from the outside. Qju impresses with unusually high resistance to hail, kicks, ball tosses and falling bicycles when combined with our reinforcement plaster Qjusion Hybrid 3718/3719.
