    Rollcoaters and rollers: the right choice

    Roller or rollcoater? This is a question of both the material you’re working with and the desired surface quality. That’s why we offer rollers and rollcoaters featuring covers that are precisely matched to the coating material in terms of fiber web height, yarn type, fiber density, paint holding capacity, paint release and texture.

      Brush application: not all paintbrushes are equal

      Natural bristles such as our extra-strong Chinese bristle brushes achieve the best finish when using solvent-based paints. They are slightly conical and curved and feature very good elasticity. Our paintbrushes with synthetic bristles, on the other hand, are unmatched specialists when using both water-based and solvent-based paints. The conical bristles made of polyester remain dimensionally stable in contact with water and feature very high abrasion resistance and excellent flexural strength.
