Basement ceiling insulation
In addition to facades, basement ceilings also offer great potential for reducing heating costs. Up to 20% of the heat can escape into the basement. This heat loss can be reduced by targeted insulation measures. This not only saves energy, but also improves the room climate.
If non-combustible materials are required for basement ceiling insulation, mineral solutions are the first choice. All mineral insulation is certified as “non-combustible, A1” in accordance with DIN 4102, which is particularly important for escape routes. The Basement Ceiling Insulation Boards 3653 and 3654 smartline offer excellent insulation properties and improve the appearance of basement ceilings. They are fully bonded with mineral adhesive or, alternatively, anchored – except for Insulation Board 3655 DLF.
