Decorative profiles add a sense of quality to rooms and give them a certain three-dimensionality. They can be used for accentuation – an especially effective alternative when it comes to demanding projects and challenging space situations. And because not every project is the same, we have the right decorative profile for many fields of application.
Decorative profiles
The decorative profiles with the addition TL (TuneLight) are based on polyurethane (exception: TL 3189). Their surface is very smooth and highly compatible with coatings. The edges are particularly straight and delicate, and their low light transmission makes them ideal for combining with LED lighting technology for indirect lighting.
The decorative profiles with the additional designation PS (polystyrene) are extremely light and at the same time sharp-edged and delicate – ideal for all areas without mechanical stress! Brillux polystyrene decorative profiles are also pre-primed at the factory and can therefore be coated immediately.
Our decorative profiles with the additional designations EP (corner profile), WP (wall profile), SP (base profile) and the decorative profile TL 3189 are manufactured from high-quality, hardened polystyrene. This makes the profiles particularly durable and water-resistant, and therefore suitable for use in the baseboard area. For good adhesion of water-based paints and emulsion paints, the polystyrene decorative profiles are already pre-primed at the factory. The decorative profiles with the additional designation PS (polystyrene) are extremely light and at the same time sharp-edged and delicate – ideal for all areas without mechanical stress! Brillux polystyrene decorative profiles are also pre-primed at the factory and can therefore be coated immediately.
