The flower boutique “Blatt&Blüte” blends design, material innovation and craftsmanship to create an exceptional space. Every bouquet and floral arrangement is given a stage here that not only serves a purpose but also highlights its beauty. The entire interior design – from furniture to platforms – was created using a 3D printing process with concrete infused with recycled glass. The result is a radically new presentation concept that contrasts the delicateness of the flowers with the archaic power of the material.
Each element of the interior design is a bespoke piece – structurally stable, organically shaped and visually distinctive. Printed using a high-resolution concrete powder bed printer, the result was smooth, continuous surfaces without joints. The boutique demonstrates in impressive fashion how state-of-the-art technology and individual design merge into a sensuous whole. The furnishings were precisely tailored to the functional needs of everyday floristry.
To ensure that the untreated character of the concrete is enhanced by an additional sensory layer rather than dominating, individual elements were specifically coated with Brillux colors. These coatings not only create light accents but also intentionally modulate the atmosphere of the space – from unobtrusive to expressive. The interplay with the bouquets creates an overall experience that brings together material, color and nature in an inspiring dialog: a visionary model for the craftsmanship and design of the future.
