Solidarity, responsibility and appreciation are central pillars of our actions – both inside and outside the company. That’s why we invest in the health and safety of our employees, create binding occupational safety structures and actively promote equal opportunities and a healthy work-life balance. Through clear processes and support services, we take responsibility as an employer, business partner and member of society.
Healthy living, healthy working
Occupational health and safety is an essential part of our responsibility towards employees and partners. We make this binding, transparent and in line with our due diligence obligations with regard to human rights. Through uniform safety guidelines, the regular recording and evaluation of work-related accidents, as well as systematic communication and practical support, we create an environment in which people can move around safely.
Healthy living, healthy working
Health promotion should be more than just a benefit – it is an integral part of a strong corporate culture. With holistic health management, we create the basis for long-term motivation, performance and well-being. The B-Vital health center at the headquarters in Münster is an example of this approach: a place where our employees receive individual care – from physiotherapy to nutrition to targeted training.
At our sites outside Münster, we support our employees with a health allowance for certified courses in exercise, nutrition, relaxation and addiction prevention. Employees can take the initiative and utilize programs that meet their needs – whether it’s back training, yoga or nutritional counseling.
Acting responsibly, complying with the law
Taking responsibility for the environment and society also means continuously questioning our actions. Looking ahead to future generations of our family business, we aim to improve Brillux every day, step by step.
We have set out this requirement for ourselves and everyone who works with us in a declaration of principles on human rights. It complements our Code of Conduct, which forms the basis for our collaboration with our suppliers.
