Occupational health and safety is an essential part of our responsibility towards employees and partners. We make this binding, transparent and in line with our due diligence obligations with regard to human rights. Through uniform safety guidelines, the regular recording and evaluation of work-related accidents, as well as systematic communication and practical support, we create an environment in which people can move around safely.

Health promotion should be more than just a benefit – it is an integral part of a strong corporate culture. With holistic health management, we create the basis for long-term motivation, performance and well-being. The B-Vital health center at the headquarters in Münster is an example of this approach: a place where our employees receive individual care – from physiotherapy to nutrition to targeted training.
At our sites outside Münster, we support our employees with a health allowance for certified courses in exercise, nutrition, relaxation and addiction prevention. Employees can take the initiative and utilize programs that meet their needs – whether it’s back training, yoga or nutritional counseling.

Taking responsibility for the environment and society also means continuously questioning our actions. Looking ahead to future generations of our family business, we aim to improve Brillux every day, step by step.
