About your right to cancel orders you have placed online

We hereby inform you of your right to cancel orders you have placed online. This right is intended for end-users who order items such as our color samples through our website.

1. Right of cancellation (does not apply to business customers)

You may cancel your contract within one month, with no requirement to give a reason, in writing (e.g. by letter, fax, or e-mail) or – if the item has been dispatched to you before this period has elapsed – by returning the item.
The grace period begins on the date of receipt of this written notice. Sending the cancellation notice or the item itself within the stated period is sufficient to ensure adherence to the cancellation period.

2. Consequences of cancellation

In the event that effective cancellation is made any contracted item or payment received by either party must be returned, and any benefits received (such as interest) must be refunded. If you are not able to return the contracted item that you have already received, or can do so only partially, or only in degraded condition, you are obliged to compensate us for the value of such degradation or partial return. In the case of return items this does not apply if the degradation of the item is due only to the inspection thereof - as would have been available to you at a retail outlet. Furthermore you can avoid the obligation to compensate the value of a degradation caused by proper use of the item by not putting the item into use as your own property and refraining from any action that would affect its value.

Items capable of being packed and dispatched must be returned to us at our risk. You must pay the cost of sending the returned item if the delivered goods are as ordered and where the price of the item being returned does not exceed the amount of 40 euros, or in the case of a higher price, if you have not yet made payment or contractually agreed partial payment. In all other cases you can return the items free of charge. We will collect items that are not capable of being packed and dispatched. The obligation to reimburse payments made must be met within 30 days. This period begins for you on the date you send your cancellation notice, or the item, and for us on the date it is received.
