Many allergy sufferers are sensitive to certain substances such as preservatives used in standard paints.

To ensure that renovation or redesign of your rooms have no unwanted side effects, Brillux offers a paint which contains neither solvents, plasticizers nor preservatives: Silicate Interior Paint ELF 1806. This has been certified by TÜV Nord .

The DERMATEST® research institute has tested and verified the suitability of the seven colors of Color Concentrate ELF 9018 for allergy sufferers. Since these colors can be mixed with one another, virtually any design can be realized.

Ideally these products are applied on low-allergen wall coverings such as Brillux Woodchip Wallpaper in order to maintain the suitability of the system for allergy sufferers.  Brillux Woodchip Wallpaper also meets the demanding criteria of TÜV Nord for obtaining the inspection label "Material and emission testing for suitability for allergy sufferers and pollutants" and has therefore been awarded the "suitable for allergy sufferers" label. 

As an alternative to painted woodchip wallpaper, you can use Fine Silicate Climate Plaster ELF 1808. This fine-grained material can be textured as required and tinted using Color Concentrate ELF 9018.

In addition, this material can absorb air humidity and release it again later, thus minimizing the risk of mold infestation.
